what MediaCom was looking to do

MediaCom believed their planners would benefit from an increased understanding of business. the end goal for the agency was the ability to enter into broader, up stream, and potentially revenue generating conversations with clients

what we did

this fluid world designed, and delivered, a tailor made mini masters in business (mib) for MediaCom. mib delivered its learning in well-rounded, highly concentrated capsules built on our extensive experience in the changing business and marketing environment, business theory, powerful examples, and case studies

what happened

due to its success the programme was extended to all planning personnel. over 80 employees went through 20 hours of business training to ‘graduate’ from mib. Sean Healy, Managing Partner Strategic Solutions said, “Liri has been spreading enlightenment throughout MediaCom by running her mib programme. She has worked tirelessly to put together a series of training sessions designed to help our people understand the impact of 99% of what businesses think about.
